At Lookzz, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. This shipping policy explains how we process and ship your purchases so you know what to expect each time you shop with us.

Free Shipping on all Orders

• United States (All States) — Eligible for free standard shipping.
• International Shipping — We currently free ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During this time, your items are carefully checked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location, but most customers receive their packages within this window.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Tracking links will become active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Information

We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses where available. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Delays and Exceptions

Although we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or peak shopping seasons. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you immediately with updates.
