3) Currency

4) Payment Authorization & Charges

  • Your card or account will be charged immediately once your order is placed.
  • In some cases, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold before the funds are officially charged.

5) Refunds & Payment Reversals

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account.
  • Once processed by Lookzz, refunds typically appear in your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6) Security & Fraud Prevention

  • We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cash payments for online orders.
