1) Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using your preferred payment method.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view order history, save addresses, and track shipments more easily.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, usually within 1–2 business days. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at support@lookzz.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
2) Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping across the United States on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. We ship via USPS and UPS.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
3) Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the items are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. We do not accept returns for change of mind unless the items meet these conditions. Please note that products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for return.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, email us at support@lookzz.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Are Lookzz glasses high quality?
Yes! Our sunglasses are made with premium materials and designed for durability, comfort, and UV400 protection.
Do you offer warranties?
All products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Do your sunglasses offer UV protection?
Yes, all Lookzz sunglasses provide full UV400 protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays.
5) Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We do not store your credit card details. Payments are processed securely through trusted providers that are PCI-DSS compliant.
