Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept return requests. Please initiate your return by contacting us at support@lookzz.com.
Return Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, tags, and any included accessories must be returned.
- Products with damage, wear, or signs of use are not eligible.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
Exchange Policy
We can replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you’ve received a faulty product, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a hassle-free exchange at no additional charge.
Change of Mind or Customer Errors
If you’ve ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, we can accept a return as long as the product meets our return criteria. However:

How to Submit a Return
- Check that your return request is within 30 days of delivery.
- Email us at support@lookzz.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.
- Repack the product securely using the original materials.
- Include your return authorization and send via a reliable, trackable shipping service.
- Email us the tracking number after sending the package.
- After inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives with the wrong item or is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Items must be returned within 30 days.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, it can be cancelled for a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, the regular return process applies.
Lost Packages
If your shipment has not arrived within 2 business days of the expected delivery, reach out to us. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue. If confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
