UK Delivery

We currently ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom.

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders with no minimum order value required.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or busy promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 7–9 business days after your order has been dispatched.

While we work hard to meet these delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, adverse weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Daily Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 8:00 PM (UK Time).

Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after 8:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this information to follow your parcel's journey until it reaches your delivery address.

Although we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If your parcel is delayed, our customer support team will be happy to help you with the latest tracking updates and delivery information.
